Biography | Statement
|
I'm an impressionist. It is everything I know and all I want to know. I spend all my time painting. I work pretty much exclusively in oil. In the past I worked in charcoal a lot. I hope to embody and amplify the work of impressionists and post-impressionists like Van Gogh and Monet. I work in Vibrant colors, this is as much a matter of necessity as much as practicality. See, I'm color deficient in several spectrums. Whoever says a color blind artist can't paint in color can kiss my impressionistic backside.
